Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

Ingredients


1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pound boneless beef top sirloin, cut into bite sized cubes
1 (19 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, cut into large chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
4 skewers


Direction


In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar,
garlic, and ground ginger. Place the beef in a gallon-sized freezer
bag and pour the marinade over the beef. Seal air out of the bag
and let marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, turning
the bag over several times.

Set an outdoor grill on high. Lightly grease the grate.

Take the beef off its marinade, discarding the marinade.


Cue the beef, green and red bell peppers, and pineapples onto
skewers.

Grill the skewers, flipping often to cook and brown all sides.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
