Ingredients


1/2 cup soy sauce
6 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 pounds filet mignon, cubed
1 bunch green onions, chopped


Direction


To make the marinade, combine sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce
in a shallow dish. Put the meat and for 4 hours, keep it in the
refrigerator.

Over medium-high heat, put a big skillet and cook meat until
done.

With a medium saucepan, pour the marinade in and put over
medium-high heat. Let it boil and let it cook for 5 minutes. In the
boiling marinade, put wine, green onions and cooked meat.

Transfer the content from the saucepan to a big bowl. Serve it
hot.
