1 big carrot, peeled
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup water
½ teaspoon butter


1. Cut the carrot into sticks.

2. Sprinkle the carrot sticks with the maple syrup, chili flakes, and
butter and mix.

3. Pour the water into the instant pot and put trivet inside the bowl.

4. Place the carrot sticks on the trivet and close the lid.

5. Cook the vegetables on High pressure for 6 minutes.

6. Do a quick pressure release.

7. Cool the carrot sticks and serve!
