Steamed French And Broad Beans

Ingredients:


1 cup of French beans
1 cup of broad beans
1 teaspoon ginger powder
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cups of water
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon Juice, to taste


Directions:


1. Season the French beans and broad beans with ginger powder, salt
and black pepper

2. Put the steamer basket in the bottom of Instant Pot and add water.

3. Now Put the seasoned beans on the trivet and Set the Instant Pot to
“Manual” at high pressure for 12 minutes.

4. After that release the pressure naturally and remove the trivet.

5. Put the olive oil and beans and select “Sauté”.

6. Lastly Sauté for 5 minutes and stir in the lemon juice.
