Oatmeal & Peanut Butter Breakfast Bar

Ingredients

1½ cups date, pit removed

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Directions:

Grease and line an 8” x 8” baking tin with parchment and pop to one side.
Grab your food processor, add the dates and whizz until chopped.
Add the peanut butter and the oats and pulse.
Scoop into the baking tin then pop into the fridge or freezer until set. Serve and enjoy.
