Herbed Turkey Strips

10 oz. turkey fillet
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water


1. Cut the turkey fillet into strips.

2. Sprinkle the strips with the oregano, thyme, ground black pepper,
and olive oil.

3. Add the water and mix up the meat.

4. Transfer the meat to the instant pot bowl and close the lid.

5. Cook the turkey strips for 15 minutes using Poultry mode and
doing a natural pressure release.

6. Cool slightly and serve!
