Green Bean Stir-Fry

12 ounces of trimmed green beans
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of crushed peanuts
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons chili flakes


1. Place the beans in the steamer basket, pour the water into the inner
pot, and place the trivet inside.

2. Place the basket on the trivet and Lock the lid into place.

3. Select “Steam”, and set the time to 1 minute.

4. After cooking, quick release the pressure, remove the lid and drain
the beans.

5. Select “Sauté”, and pour in the oil.

6. Once hot, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. After that add the
peanuts and soy sauce, and sauté for 2 more minutes.

7. Finally, In a large bowl, combine the green beans, garlic, peanuts,
salt, and sugar.

8. Mix until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Sprinkle in some chili
flakes, and serve hot.
