1 slightly heaping cup spelt flour

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

4 tablespoons coconut sugar

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons black strap molasses

1½ tablespoons olive oil


Find your waffle iron, oil generously and preheat.
Find a large bowl and add the dry ingredients.
Stir well together.
Put the wet ingredients into another bowl and stir until combined.
Add the wet to dry then stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and Cooking Time: on a medium temperature for 20 minutes Open carefully and remove. Serve and enjoy.
